Add Google Analytics Tracking ID

This article will help you set up the Tracking ID of Google Analytics so that you can get real-time statistical information on your chatbot activity.


1. You must have a Google Analytics account.

If you don't have it you can get one for free from here


2. Log in to Google Analytics to obtain a Tracking ID


3. Locate Tracking ID


4. Copy Tracking ID


5. Log in to Blahbox


6. Enter the chat you want to link to with Google Analytics


7. Go to the Google Analytics configuration section (General - General - Google Analytics section)


     


8. At the bottom of the page you will find the field in which you need to paste the Tracking ID obtained in step 4



     


9. Save to finish




Keep in mind that the information will begin to reach Google Analytics once the chat has been posted.
